When you call, we note what you tell us so we can help: your name, phone number, the property address, and what the roof is doing. If we inspect or work on your roof, we take photos of it and keep them with the job record, along with estimates, invoices and permit details.
What happens when you visit this site
This site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising cookies, and it does not run analytics tools. The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. The map at the bottom of each page does not load until you click it; once you do, Google Maps loads and Google's own privacy policy applies to that map.
How we use information
We use what you give us to answer your call, schedule and do the work, prepare estimates and invoices, file permits where a job needs one, and keep a record of the work for warranty and follow-up questions. We do not sell personal information.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to do the job or as the law requires: with the city or county when a permit is filed, with suppliers when materials are ordered for your address, and in the circumstances described in our Terms of Use for calls we cannot take ourselves. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
Job records, photos and permit details are kept for as long as they are useful for warranty questions, insurance documentation and our business records, and then deleted.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for adults arranging roofing work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
