Roofing in St. Johns CountyJacksonville, FL ยท service area
We work from a service office on Wilson Boulevard on Jacksonville's Westside and a head office in Ocala. Here is where that coverage runs, what the roofs are like in each part of it, and where it stops.

Roofing coverage from our Jacksonville, FL service office runs across Duval County, including the river neighborhoods and the beaches, and into St. Johns County, Clay County, Nassau County and Baker County, with Marion County covered from our Ocala head office. Each county and the main cities around it have their own page below, and calls are answered 24 hours a day.
Five parts of our coverage
Riverside, Avondale, San Marco and Springfield hold much of the city's oldest housing, and the roofs show it: craftsman bungalows over original plank decking in Riverside and Avondale, Mediterranean revival homes with clay or concrete tile in San Marco, and historic districts where exterior work needs a Certificate of Appropriateness. Work here leans toward careful reroofs, tile underlayment repairs and flashing on old chimneys. These neighborhoods also sit on the St. Johns, where Irma's record flooding in 2017 reached homes in San Marco and Riverside.
Our service office is on Wilson Boulevard, so the Westside is home ground. Across the Westside, the Southside and Mandarin, most houses carry shingle roofs from the last few decades, and the calls are the everyday ones: leaks at pipe boots and valleys, storm-creased shingles, and reroofs ahead of insurance renewals. Mandarin's big oaks add limb strikes to the list; during Milton in 2024 a large tree came down across Marbon Road there.
Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach take the most wind and salt. Metal roofing is especially popular here, and coastal storms are a common cause of wind-uplift shingle loss and membrane damage, so work at the beaches is heavy on fasteners, edge metal and aluminum or coastal-rated materials. Flat roofs on beach commercial buildings get their seams and edges checked first. Mayport, at the mouth of the river, logged some of the strongest gusts in both Irma and Milton.
South and west of Duval, we work in Orange Park, Fleming Island and Middleburg in Clay County, and through St. Johns County from Nocatee down to St. Augustine. To the north, Nassau County work reaches Yulee and Fernandina Beach, and to the west, Baker County reaches Macclenny along I-10. Permits there run through each county or city rather than JaxEPICS, and we plan around their inspection schedules.
Our head office is in Ocala, and Marion County jobs run from there. Roofing permits in the Ocala area go through the Marion County Building Department or the City of Ocala Building Division. Work there is a mix of site-built homes, manufactured homes that suit roof-overs and membrane systems, and the same storm-season repairs as the coast, since tropical systems do not stop at the shoreline.

Coverage has edges, and it is better to hear that on the first call than to wait for a crew that arrives late. The stretch between our two offices, around Palatka and rural Putnam County, is handled case by case.
North of the St. Marys River into Georgia, west past Baker County into Columbia and Bradford counties, and south of St. Augustine toward Palm Coast, we are usually not the fastest option for your roof, and we will tell you so plainly when you call.
Two offices
The Wilson Boulevard service office handles Jacksonville and the surrounding counties; the Ocala head office handles Marion County. Both answer on the same number, 24 hours a day, and both addresses are listed at the bottom of this page.
